I have been in the Door & Hardware Industry for 30 years and love it! I started my Division 8 career as a temporary reception for Pleasants Contract Hardware in Tampa. Thanks to Pleasant’s phenomenal training program I grew from receptionist, to detailer, to purchasing, project management and sales. Like many of us, I found that once you’re in, you’re in for life!
Fifteen years ago, I struck out on my own and shifted my focus to the manufacturing side of the business and it has been an incredible journey. Utilizing the knowledge I have acquired through my experiences to better serve my distribution partners is truly rewarding.

Shortly after graduating from the University of North Carolina, I stumbled into the door & hardware industry.
